Closed Sundays — the whole island slows down and so does the gym. Public holidays vary, so message before you travel across the island for one.

- The gym is above the parking level, behind a run of arched openings. If you are standing in the car park looking at the arches, the door is at the top of the steps.
- Cupecoy, on the Dutch side
- 149 Rhine Road, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. Ten minutes from Maho and about fifteen from the airport.
- Nothing to book
- Walk in, pay at the counter. If you would rather check first, the WhatsApp number is answered during opening hours.
Two house rules
Worth knowing before you turn up.
- There is no air conditioning
- It is a hot room and it always has been. Three reviews say so, and the members who love the place say it in the same breath as the five stars. Bring water.
- Shoes off, socks on, in the mat areas
- The one thing the gym asks of everybody. Bring socks if you train barefoot at home.
