Before you come
Three things worth knowing first.
- There is no air conditioning
- It is a hot room and it always has been. The members who love it say so in the same breath as the five stars.
- Shoes off, socks on, in the mat areas
- House rule, and the one thing the gym asks of everybody.
- Closed Sundays
- Mon–Fri 06:00–22:00, Saturday 08:00–20:00.
“$15 per visit, $40 per week or $95 per month. Great gym, great equipment, great people.”
