Incredible Fitness & More began as Incredible Nutrition & More, the number one supplement store in Curaçao. It crossed to Sint Maarten, found a bodybuilding market nobody was serving, and opened on Rhine Road in 2015.

- Before Sint Maarten
- IFM grew out of INM — Incredible Nutrition & More — which became the number one supplement store in Curaçao. The shop came first; the gym came out of it.
- 2015 — Cupecoy
- They crossed to Sint Maarten, found an untapped bodybuilding market, and opened the doors at 149 Rhine Road. Yoly Hawley took the Bikini overall at the Central American & Caribbean Championships the same year.
- 2018 and 2026 — the Arnold, twice
- Christelle Zarovska took the Women's Physique overall at the Arnold Classic Ohio Amateur and an IFBB Pro card. Eight years later Sianny Diaz did the same in Women's Wellness.
- Today
- One converted villa, five training rooms, a terrace, a bar and a shop — run by the people who train in it.
A gym that started as a supplement company is why the shelf behind the bar runs to ninety-one products in a room this size.
They call it shock therapy.
It is IFM’s own name for the diet-and-training concept they built here, and they credit it with every pro card on the wall. Three of the athletes who trained under it hold IFBB Pro status; two of the five overall titles were won at the Arnold Classic Ohio Amateur, eight years apart.
