IFM is one level up from the car park on Rhine Road, in a building of barrel vaults and arched openings. It is a small room by chain standards and that is the point — the best-rated review on their Google listing is about how much is packed into it.

What is in the room

Everything a physique needs and nothing it doesn’t.

Cybex, plate-loaded and selectorised: The machine hall runs on Cybex — the same frames a commercial chain buys, in a room a fraction of the size.
A full free-weight floor: Dumbbells to the wall, racks, benches and a mirrored run down one side. This is the room the pro cards were built in.
Matted functional area: Heavy bag, medicine balls and floor space, under the vault. Shoes off, socks on, in here.
An outdoor terrace: Dumbbells outside, over the building's courtyard. Nobody else on the island trains you in the open air.
